Dr. MacKinnon will be opening up online booking for Initial Appointments For New Patients for September-October on Fri July 18, 2025. Please email us at info@megmackinnon.ca to be placed on our wait list for appointment cancellations before this date.
Dr. Meghan MacKinnon, ND, MSCP, accepts new patients specifically for perimenopause and menopause care. Please book your second appointment (4–6 weeks after the initial visit) when scheduling your first, as this ensures you receive adequate support during your care.
Dr. MacKinnon has a clinical focus on women’s health and hormones, specializing in the late 30s through post-menopause years. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP, formerly NAMS) and a trusted leader in perimenopause and menopause care, dedicated to helping women navigate hormonal transitions with confidence.
She believes that when women feel better, they do better—and can change the trajectory of their health for years to come. Dr. MacKinnon provides personalized, evidence-based care to help women improve sleep, mood, and PMS; support weight loss and body composition goals; and prevent osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease to achieve vibrant, long-term health.
Passionate about women’s health, she offers in-person care in Aurora, Ontario, within an integrative women’s health clinic alongside gynecologists, therapists, and nurses, and provides virtual care to patients across Ontario. With advanced training in hormone therapy through The Menopause Society, she blends bioidentical hormone care with metabolism optimization and longevity-focused strategies, empowering women to feel their best at every age.
A sought-after speaker, Dr. MacKinnon regularly presents at conferences and workshops, raising awareness about perimenopause and fostering proactive self-care. She is the creator of The Pause Prescription and Master Your Metabolism, online platforms that translate the latest women’s health research into clear, practical strategies.
