Dr. MacKinnon has a clinical focus on women’s health and hormones, specializing in the late 30s through post-menopause years. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP, formerly NAMS) and a trusted leader in perimenopause and menopause care, dedicated to helping women navigate hormonal transitions with confidence.

She believes that when women feel better, they do better—and can change the trajectory of their health for years to come. Dr. MacKinnon provides personalized, evidence-based care to help women improve sleep, mood, and PMS; support weight loss and body composition goals; and prevent osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease to achieve vibrant, long-term health.
